The GHP Financial Group is pleased to announce the formation of GHP Merger &
Acquisition Services, LLC ("GHPM&A"). GHPM&A specializes in the
identification of merger and acquisition partners, valuation services and capital sourcing
solutions. The new entity is an outgrowth of more than 25 years of providing clients with
a full array of merger and acquisition services through GHP Financial Group’s
cornerstone, GHP Horwath, P.C., a full service accounting and consulting
firm.
GHPM&A Services
- identifies and matches well-suited buyers and sellers
- assists in transaction negotiations;
- provides advice regarding the financial, tax and post-sale investment
ramifications of transactions.
GHPM&A Team
Under the direction of Lisa Meer, CPA/CVA, GHPM&A is comprised of a focused
and talented group of business leaders, Certified Public Accountants, MBAs, valuation
analysts, and former industry executives who bring varied education and experience in
business ownership, management, marketing, accounting, finance, and consulting to the
organization.
GHPM&A, through its affiliation with The GHP Financial Group and Horwath
International, has access to a vast network of Certified Public Accountants, attorneys,
bankers, and other financial advisory service professionals within Colorado’s local
market, as well as national and overseas markets.
